に	にーわろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母に日頃のお礼をするのに待たされたりしたくないので事前に予約してお店へ。なのに随分待たされて先付が出てきたら、そのあとずーっとスタッフすら来ない。確かに平日にしては割と混んでいたけど、予約の人を待たせるって何？予約していない同じタイミング位で入った人の方がさっさと料理来てたのはコースが違うからでしょうけど、予約したのにねぇ。やーっと次の食事が来たと思ったら「今日はお寿司（私たちの頼んだもの）が立て込んでて」って言うけど、だから予約入れたのになんで？せめて待たせる前に一言言いにくるようなスタッフの質もない。これは私のうっかりでもあるけど、料理が来てからわさびが全然ダメな私がサビ抜き頼み忘れたと気付いたけど時既に遅し。「入口でアレルギーについて尋ねませんでしたか？その時言ってくだされば」と言われたけど、アレルギーじゃないから。他の同等位のお店だったらわさびのことも聞いてくれる。ここは本当にスタッフの質が悪い。 I don't want to wait to thank my mother, so make a reservation in advance and go to the store. Comes with an appetizer, array of meat, fish, and vegetable dishes, dessert, and coffee or tea. It was a lot of food! The mango pudding and seasonal dessert was so good too! I think it was 2600 yen +tax and a small service fee since it's inside the Keio Plaza Hotel. Also great 15th floor view of Mt. Fuji if it's sunny and you're lucky enough to get a window seat. Went for my mom's birthday lunch and checked birthday for family on the online form. I didn't expect much because they didn't say anything when we arrived but to our surprise they brought out a cute birthday dessert plater. The tables are socially distanced, and servers are masked up with gloves in their Kimonos. Their hospitality, service, and food presentation was perfect! It's an affordable place for a small fancy lunch. Their yuzu liqueur with club soda cocktail was very good (not included in lunch). Keio Plaza is 2 minute walk just outside JR Hachioji Station. Going to try dinner next time.
