★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あたりの騒然とした繁華街の中、違う空気が漂う店構え。のれんをかき揚げ、古き良き時代の引き戸をあけると、上品な小料理屋の香りがする空間があらわれる。
海鮮を得意とする割烹むら山は歴史ある、ワンランク上の大人の隠れ家といった印象。
料理は学生向けの店のようには安くはないが、新鮮なネタを準備して我々を迎え入れてくれる贅沢さから考えると、全く高くない。
シャキッと清潔感を感じるご主人ともう一方が包丁を握り、接客の女の子2人もなかなかの器量で我々の幸せな食事の一時に花を添えてくれる。
品の良いお店とうい言葉がぴったりくる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コース料理、5000円 5800円それぞれを注文させて頂きましたが、非常に残念なものでした。
割烹料理屋との事でしたので期待していたのでが、店内は騒がしく、料理の配膳タイミングも遅く良いところはまるで有りませんでした。
居酒屋感覚で行くのは良いと思いますが、料理の値段はそれなりに高価だと思います。
せっかくの記念日なのに残念です。
I ordered the course dishes, ¥ 5,000 each for ¥ 5800, but it was very disappointing.
As I was expecting because it was a restaurant with a specialty restaurant, the inside of the restaurant was noisy, and the timing of serving food was too late.
I think it's good to go there like a pub, but I think the price of food is so expensive.
It is disappointing though it is a great anniversary.

そもそも、コースで料理を頼んでいるのに、料理の出てくるタイミングがバラバラ?
とっくに食べ終わっているのに次の料理が出てこないと思えば、焼き物と揚げ物が一緒に出てくる。こんな割烹料理屋なんて初めてです?
町の定食屋や居酒屋じゃないんだから?
仲居が客のお酒や料理の進み具合を見に来ないからこんな風になってしまうのでしょうか?
お酒が切れたので扉を開けて仲居に声を掛けても、仲居通しでお喋りしていて全然気がつかない?
5回目でやっと反応しました?
入り口で検温したり、個室にカメラを着けたりする前に、呼び鈴でもおいた方が良いですね?
大女将が居るんだから、ちゃんと教育しなくっちゃ。

『強肴の後は食事になります。食事は何時お待ちしますか?』と聞かれたので、『直ぐに用意して下さい』と答えたのに、出てきたのは20分以上経過してから?
それも、小振りのお茶碗にこんもりと盛られた炊き込みご飯だけ⁉️

田舎町でも『割烹』の看板掲げているんでしょ?

炊き込みご飯だから出すまでに時間がかかるなら、料理の始まる前に食事を出すタイミングを確認しておくとか、方法は有りますよね?
素人でもそのくらいのことには気が回るでしょ❗️
おまけに食後のお茶も催促しなければ出てこない?
きょうび、3000円のコース料理を出すチェーンの居酒屋でも、食事にはもう少し気を遣ってますよ‼️
大女将も板前連中ももう少し勉強した方が良いですね‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 汗腺たいさくは特におこおこなっていません。アクリル版もありません、1と列8人ぐ位で手酌も無視です。
料理がでてくるまで焼おにぎりで1時間かkります。
Sweat glands are not specifically used. There is no acrylic version, and there are only 1 and 8 people in a row, and the drinks are ignored.
It takes an hour or so with grilled rice balls until the food comes out.

次の料理が出るのに、少し時間がかかる場面がありました、でも、ゆっくりお話し出来ました

割烹着を着た板さんが気持ちよく丁寧に迎え、感じの良いホールスタッフが案内。流石割烹店です。居酒屋なんかとは一線を画しています。特別な日や落ち着きたい時にはもってこいのお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いと のんびり飲みながら食事したく来店しました☆美味しそうな和食に魚介類があり個室でコース料理があり良さげで決めました☆店は活気があり清潔感あり良い感じ。
1人11000円のコースでしたが ちょい高いかな。提供される料理の説明がないので分からない物がありましたが ま いいか(笑)新鮮な刺身や卵焼きや白子の入った天ぷらや のどぐろの焼き魚や蝦夷あわび 鰤しゃぶ 色々 楽しめました☆お肉が食べたかったので別に2500円の黒毛和牛ステーキを注文しました。値段は安くはないけど また来店したいかなと思える店でした☆
