Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店の前を何度素通りしているか判りませんが、13時前のランチタイムに初訪問してきました。メニューには ①にぎり十貫 ②巻物かんぴょう一本、にぎり玉子2貫、いなり2個 ③天丼全てに、小鉢、お椀が付いて税込1100円です。店内に入ると玄関で靴を脱いで上がります。ゆったりとしたカウンターが10席あり、お好きな席へどうぞ、と案内されました。席につくとすぐにおしぼりが提供され、お飲み物はと聞かれましたがお茶をいただきました。オーダーはにぎり十貫、小鉢、お椀、です。すぐに小鉢に相当する椀物と匙が提供されました。餡かけ胡麻豆腐です。美味しそうです。カウンターは広いのですが、職人さんは、厨房に一段下がった所に寿司ネタケースがあり、その奥で握るようです。せっかくの高級な佇まいなのにとても勿体ないですね。これを改善できれば、客単価を倍にできるのに、と一人で思っていました。十分弱で提供されましたが、途中で鰹のタタキで火を使ったりするので、にぎりたてを提供されれば鮨好きは嬉しいのにとも思ってました。さて10分弱でお皿にのって十貫が登場です。左上から、鮪、鱸、海老、鰹、鰯、〆鯖、烏賊、太巻き、玉子、いなり、です。鰯と鰹のタタキと〆鯖が美味しかったです。また椀物の餡かけ胡麻豆腐もねっとりとして美味しかったです。 I don't know how many times I have passed in front of this shop, but I visited for the first time at lunch time before 13:00.
