Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天安が閉店してから八王子の天麩羅の老舗はこちら伊奈喜のみになっています。明治39年（1906年）に創業した割烹伊奈喜はその後、蕎麦、割烹とテリトリーを拡げ、今では昔ながらの飲兵衛の昼飲みの店になって様々なニーズに応えながら今に至っています。と言うことで13時半位にお邪魔しました。道路側の4人テーブルに案内されて、すぐにお茶とおしぼりが出されました。オーダーはやはり天麩羅で、上天丼1400円外税にしました。待っている間にメニューを眺めて天ざるも美味しそうですね。待つこと十分くらいお膳にのって提供されました。お重とお新香とひじきの小鉢と赤だしです。さてお重を開けてみます。やや大き目な海老天が2匹、ピーマンと茄子と鱚の天麩羅です。さて海老天から実食です。甘目の天つゆがたっぷりとかかっています。ぷりっとした食感の前に衣と天つゆが相まって美味しいです。サクッとした鱚も美味しいです。糠漬けのお新香も美味しいです。しっかりとした美味しい上天丼をご馳走さまでした。 This is the only long-established store in Hachioji Tempura since Inan was closed.
