Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八王子駅南口にて目指したお店が夏休みだったので、13時半過ぎに入店したのが鮨八でした。店内には来客ありませんでしたのでカウンターの一番奥に座ります。直後に常連客のカップルが来客しました。ランチメニューにはにぎり寿司並950円、にぎり寿司大1150円ちらし寿司並950円、ちらし寿司大1150円刺身定食1000円鉄火丼並1000円、鉄火丼大1150円があり、カウンターなので、にぎり寿司大にしました。すぐにおしぼりと熱いお茶が提供されました。少し準備をして下駄とガリがカウンター越しに置かれました。さてスタートです。鮪、鯛海老、トロサーモン鮃、蛸鮪鰯、鯵玉子カンピョウ巻とかっぱ巻きと十貫と巻物を手でいただきご馳走さまでした。脂ののった鰯とあっさりとした鮪と鮃が美味しかったです。 The shop I aimed for at the south exit of Hachioji Station was during the summer vacation, so it was Sushihachi that I entered after 13:30.
