★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿佐ヶ谷駅北側のスタロードにある中華料理店です。チャーハンを食べました。期待通りのあっさり味で満足です。また行きますね！
 It is a Chinese restaurant located on Star Road on the north side of Asagaya Station. I ate fried rice. I am satisfied with the light taste as expected. I will go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿佐ヶ谷駅から北西に5分ほど、スターロードの先にある昔ながらの町中華屋さん。
時間にもよるのかもしれませんが、お昼はいつもお父さんがお一人でやられているようです。オムライスが美味しいと聞いてから何度か来ているんですが、確かにここのオムライス好きです（他のも美味しいです）。
A traditional Chinese restaurant located 5 minutes northwest of Asagaya station, just ahead of Star Road.
It may depend on the time, but it seems that my dad is always alone at noon. I've been here several times since I heard that omelet rice is delicious, but I certainly like omelet rice here (others are also delicious).

基本的には存在しない?♂️
元々日本の洋食屋さんが
作ったものと言われているオムライス?
中華料理屋さんのオムライスが
いわゆる洋食のオムライスと大きく違うのは
バターや牛乳を使っていない
中華系のダシ・具を使っているというところ☝️
オムライスというと割とオシャレな
食べ物のようなイメージがありますが?♂️
中華料理屋さんの場合は
濃い味付けのガッツリした男飯という感じで
デフォルトで結構量があることも多い?♂️
ここ杉並区阿佐ヶ谷にある
“中華料理 三番“オムライスは素晴らしい?
量もさることながら
おだしとケチャップライスが相まって
しっとりベチャッとしていて
個人的にとても好きな味?
かかっているケチャップの量も素晴らしく
濃いめのケチャップライスに
追いケチャップという感じで
ケチャップマシマシオムライス?
これで700円というのだから
驚きのプライスである?
お店の粋な計らいが
感じられるスペシャリティなオムライスが
阿佐ヶ谷の住宅街の中で出会えました?♂️?♂️?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これこれ！といった町中華の外観。550円のラーメンを注文しましたが、ジャンクな身体に毒な感じの味付けではありませんでしたが、どうもチャーシューが変わった味。チャーシューとしっかり想像して食べると、想像した味ではかえってきません。
店内は広くありません。古いながら清潔感はあります。やはりこういったお店はお一人客が多いでしょう。このご時世、アクリル板もご丁寧に設置されていました。ごちそうさまでした。

非常にしっとりと柔らかく仕上がっていて味付けは多少濃いめで旨みも結構ある炒飯です。
付け合わせのぬか漬けがとても美味しいです！
