★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性シェフひとりで次々と生み出す、超本格派イタリア＆スペイン料理。初めて食するメニューばかりでしたが、いちじくは持ち帰っちゃうぐらいビールと合ったし、舞茸としめじのソテー・スカモルツァチーズ乗せも、じゃが芋（インカのめざめ）のローズマリー・ラルド乗せもおかわりしたいぐらい赤ワインと合いました。初訪問は訳あって早めの撤収でしたが、次回は色々お肉のラグーパスタはじめ幸福実現度高そうなメインディッシュも必ず食したいと思います。
Super authentic Italian and Spanish cuisine produced one after another by a female chef alone. It was only the menu I ate for the first time, but Ichijiku went well with beer so much that I would like to take it home, and I would like to replace it with Maitake mushrooms and sautéed scamorza cheese and potato (Inca awakening) rosemary lardo. It fits. The first visit was for some reason an early withdrawal, but next time I would definitely like to eat a variety of meat ragoo pasta and other main dishes that seem to have a high degree of happiness realization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.01.15（土）夕方6時少し前に訪問。カウンターが10席程度の小さいバル。調理の女性一人、給仕の女性一人。アットホームな感じで〇。
一人で調理するのは大変みたいですが手際よく料理が出てくる。どれも美味しかった。メインの肉料理はポークでしたがこれは次回の楽しみにして、この日は3種類あるパスタからトマトソースの選びました。特筆すべきはワインで3種類頂きましたが、どれも美味しかった。サンジョベーゼは、二人出来たらボトルで頂いてもいい味でした。
2022.01.15 (Sat) Visited a little before 6 pm. A small bar with about 10 seats at the counter. One female cook and one female waiter. Feeling at home.
It seems to be difficult to cook alone, but the food comes out skillfully. Everything was delicious. The main meat dish was pork, but I was looking forward to it next time, and this day I chose tomato sauce from three types of pasta. Of particular note were the three types of wine, all of which were delicious. Sangiovese tasted good if we could have it in a bottle.
