益	益子貴寛 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南口仲通りで、お肉屋さんがやっているラーメン店として、たびたびメディアでも取り上げられるらしい「マツマル」でお昼（お肉屋さんのほうは閉店したみたい）。中華そばは、鶏がら、煮干し、野菜が主体のスープ。すっきりとしているけど、味わい深い。不思議と「昔ながらの」という感じはせず、しっかりと現代的な味。チャーハンはややオイリーながら、パラリと美味。つけめんは、麺が1.5玉分くらいでボリュームしっかり。つけ汁には刻んだチャーシュー、メンマ、ねぎ。酸味がほどよくきいた王道の味です。 At Minamiguchi Naka-dori, as a ramen shop run by a butcher, we had lunch at "Matsumaru", which seems to be often featured in the media (the butcher seems to have closed).
