おすすめは白のモツ鍋。
白味噌とニンニク、程良い甘さが絶品ですよ！

いつもは恵比寿に行っているのですが、先日は池袋付近に住む友人に連れられ、池袋東武さんの方に行きました。
席の間隔があいてるのがうれしい！
けど、客層は、場所柄仕方ないとは思いますが他に比べるとファミリー多めなのでちょっと騒がしいかな…笑
蟻月さんはいつもコースを頼んじゃうので、今回もコースを注文。鍋のスープも麺も選べます、うれしい！
おつまみも美味しく、ついついお酒がすすみます。笑
そしてお待ちかねのもつ鍋〜っ！！！
もつがぷりっぷりでまろやか、お野菜にも味がしみていて本当に美味…?
にんにく強めなのも気にしません！美味しいから！笑
最後にちゃんぽん麺を入れて〆たのでありますがこれがまた美味しいの…もつ鍋スープ×麺はあかん…とまらない…
あ、ちなみに接客はあんまりな印象がありました笑笑
かなりスタッフさんによってばらつきあるかな。
なかなか予約の取れない超人気店ですが、
頑張ってまた行きますね！

I usually go to Ebisu, but the other day I was taken by a friend living near Ikebukuro to Mr. Tobu Ikebukuro.
I am happy that the seats are spaced apart!
However, I think that the number of customers is unavoidable, but it is a bit noisy because there are more families than others.
Aritsuki always asks for the course, so I ordered the course again this time. You can choose the soup and noodles in the pot, which makes me happy!
The snacks are also delicious and the sake is perfect. Lol
And the hot pot you've been waiting for ~! ! !
Plenty of mochi and mellow, and the taste of vegetables is really delicious.
I don't mind the strong garlic! It ’s delicious! Lol
Finally, I added Champon noodles, which is also delicious ... Motsunabe soup x noodles ... I can't stop ...
Oh, by the way, I got a lot of impression from customers.
I wonder if there are variations depending on the staff.
It's a very popular store where you can't easily make a reservation,

ほぼ調理済みで提供(ニラとお豆腐が温まればOK)で楽。
モツもしっかり処理されていて臭みも殆どなく

こちらのもつ鍋は仕上げてから提供してもらえるので、すぐに食べられるのが嬉しい。
〆の長崎チャンポンも本来は仕上げてから持ってきてもらえるのですが、もつと一緒に食べたいと伝えると、麺のみで持ってきてもらえました。
鍋の内容はキャベツ・ごぼう・にら・プルプルのもつ(小腸)。
醤油ベースなので、さっぱり食べられました。
麺がかなり柔らか目なので、固めが好きな人は食べ辛いかも。

This motsunabe is served after it is finished, so I'm glad that you can eat it right away.
Originally, Nagasaki Champon of 〆 was also brought after finishing, but when I told him that I wanted to eat it with offal, he brought me only noodles.
The contents of the pot are cabbage, burdock, garlic chives, and purpur (small intestine).
It's based on soy sauce, so I could eat it refreshingly.
The noodles are quite soft, so people who like firmness may find it hard to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武のスパイス階、初めてだと迷います。初心者はルミネ側の東武からは入らないようにしましょう。ユニクロがある方の東武から入りましょう。
久しぶりにこちらでもつ鍋をいただきました。正確には、もつ御膳です。以前お昼に食べた、もつ麺が普通だったので、鍋が食べられない昼は避けていたのですが(今は昼でも鍋が出来るそうです)、今回いただいたもつ鍋御膳はちゃんともつ鍋の良いところが出ていて美味しかったです。小鉢の刺身も味付けが良くご飯が進みました。お酒が飲めなくてもご飯で楽しめました。
普段、内臓系は食べないのですが、こちらのもつ鍋は大好きです。5種類ありますが、どれも美味しいので、にんにくが入ってる入ってないで、予定に合わせて選んでます。

I had a hot pot here for the first time in a long time. To be exact, it is an offal set. I used to eat motsunabe noodles at noon, so I avoided the day when I couldn't eat the hot pot (it seems that I can make hot pot even at noon), but this time I got the motsunabe set, which is a proper hot pot. The good points came out and it was delicious. The sashimi in the small bowl was also well seasoned and the rice went on. Even if I couldn't drink alcohol, I enjoyed it with rice.
I don't usually eat internal organs, but I love this motsunabe. There are 5 types, but all of them are delicious, so I don't have garlic in them, so I choose them according to my schedule.

But the first time we got here, they were already closed, and it was still 30 mins before the official closing tome as they clamed on their website.
