何やら忙しい雰囲気出してましたが、お客様一人もいませんでした。
態度悪すぎて居心地悪かったです。
 When I asked when I could make a reservation for Christmas coffret before, I answered “25” without raising my face.
There was a busy atmosphere, but there was no customer.
The attitude was too bad and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフさんが態度が冷たくて、全然笑顔はない。チークパウダーが買いたかったけど、何も紹介せず、適当に試させた。10分くらいで終わった。スタッフさんは山田という人です。もう二度と行かない。
The staff has a cold attitude and there is no smile at all. I wanted to buy cheek powder, but I didn't introduce anything and let me try it properly. It took about 10 minutes. The staff is a person named Yamada. I will never go again.

研修の方にあたったりといろいろありましたが、
丁寧に接客をしていただいてますし、感じはいいです。
(他の方のレビューを見ているとイマイチのようですが、
私が接客いただいた人は皆さん丁寧でした。)
