後楽園の料亭、荒手茶寮がテイクアウトを始めたので ばら寿司と八寸と日本酒をお持ち帰りしました。 さすが老舗料亭の味❗️ 色合いといい、味わいといい、お家で料亭の味を堪能できました。 次回はお店で食べたいです。

後楽園に隣接する料亭・荒手茶寮のばら寿司と八寸をお持ち帰りしました。 どれも丁寧な味付けと盛り付けですごく美味しかったです。 テイクアウトの包装も綺麗にしてくれていました。 今度はお店でゆっくりと味わいたいです。
I brought home the rose sushi and Hachisushi from the Arante Saryo, which is a restaurant adjacent to Korakuen. All were very delicious with careful seasoning and serving. They also cleaned the takeout packaging. Next time I want to taste it slowly at the shop.

荒手茶寮は、昭和8年に岡山市の旧相生橋のたもと、古京町にあった岡山藩家老伊木家の屋敷を利用して、のれんをかかげたのが始まりです。創業者の堀江文一(大塚文一)は、宮内庁の大膳職を務めた後、岡山の料理業の発展を希望してこの地にて営業を始めました。 昭和9年に岡山を襲った室戸台風で水害に遭い、旭川の河川を改修することになり移転。 昭和13年に、現在の後楽園外苑にあった民有地を購入し移築しました。 昭和20年6月の岡山大空襲にて建物は全焼しました。 戦後、当時の資料をもとに再建され現在に至っています。 灯篭、建具の一部などは、空襲での延焼をまぬがれ、当時の名残りを今も留めています。 かつて厚子さま(上皇様のお姉様)が皇族として岡山を訪問された際に、こちらでお見合いをされたという由緒ある料亭です。 また、平成天皇が皇太子時代に泊まったこともあります。 歴史だけではなく、料理も地元の食材を出来るだけ使い、季節の趣を料理、景色共に楽しませてくれます。 女将さんのおもてなしも良くて、一度行くとまた次回行きたくなる料亭です。
The Arata Saryo started with the use of goodwill on the residence of the Oiyama clan, the old Iki family, located in Kokyocho, in the old Aioi bridge in Okayama city in 1948. The founder, Bunichi Horie (Bunichi Otsuka), started a business here after hoping to develop Okayama's culinary industry after serving as a large set of the Imperial Household Agency. In 1929, the Muroto typhoon struck Okayama and caused flood damage. In 1933, we purchased and relocated the private land in the current Korakuen Gaien. The building was completely destroyed by the Great Okayama Air Raid in June 1945. After the war, it was rebuilt based on the materials of that time and is still in use today. The lanterns and some of the fittings have survived the spread of fire during the air raid, and the remains of those days are still retained. It is a historic restaurant where Atsuko (the elder sister of the Emperor) used to make a match when she visited Okayama as a royal family. In addition, the Emperor Heisei has stayed during the Crown Prince era. Not only the history, but also the dishes are made using local ingredients as much as possible, and you can enjoy the taste of the season both in the dishes and in the scenery. The owner's hospitality is also good, and once you go there, you will want to go again next time.

弥生終盤の昼餉でお邪魔したのは後楽園外苑にある「荒手茶寮」さん、10年ぶりの訪問、県外からのお客様接待では良く利用させて貰いました。昭和8年開業、昭和20年の岡山空襲で全焼、その後再建されて現在に至ります。 桜のシーズンを狙って10日ほど前に予約、河川敷の桜は5分未満ですが後楽園側は8分咲き、観賞しながら懐石を頂けます。 内観も素晴らしいですね、戦災で大部分を消失しましたが灯篭、建具の一部などは延焼をまぬがれ、当時の名残りを今も留めているそうです。 予約した部屋は菊の間、東側の部屋で河川敷の桜をしっかり眺められます。皇室の方の結納でも使われた由緒ある部屋で指名される方も多いです。 先附3種盛りで開始、小皿に旬が盛り込まれています。蛸・雲丹・マコは旬の筍と木の芽と一緒に頂きます。いくらは甘みの強い烏賊で、蟹は旬の青菜との組み合わせになります。先附とビールを頂きながら桜を鑑賞出来るのは至福です^^ 造里は平貝・カツオ・ヒラメ、旬のタイラギは厚みしっかりで甘いですね。春先のヒラメは身が締まって淡白な味わいです! どれも厚みがあって食べごたえありました。 椀物は甘鯛の湯葉蒸し、昆布出汁で湯葉と鯛の旨味をしっかり引き出していますね、柚子風味もあって好みの味わいでした。 焼き物は鰆のごま焼き、子持ち昆布と一緒に頂きます。春を告げる魚である鰆、脂が少ない時期なのであっさり頂けます。 ご飯ものはたけのこご飯、筍もこれから大きくなってきますね。汁には旬のうるい(オオバギボウシ)、独特のシャキシャキ食感を楽しみました。 食後にはデザートを頂きながら暫しまったり...市内の歴史ある料亭の閉店が続く平成後半~令和、荒手茶寮さんには銘店の歴史を守り続けて欲しいです!
At the end of Yayoi, I visited "Arate Saryo" in Korakuen Gaien for the first time in 10 years, and I often used it for entertaining customers from outside the prefecture. The room I reserved is the room on the east side of Kiku no Ma, where you can see the cherry blossoms on the riverbed. Many people are nominated in the venerable room that was also used for the imperial family. Starting with 3 kinds of pre-attached dishes, the season is included in the small plate. Octopus, sea urchin, and mako are served with seasonal bamboo shoots and tree buds. The salmon roe is a sweet salmon roe, and the crab is combined with seasonal green vegetables. It's bliss to be able to appreciate the cherry blossoms while having a beer with a tip ^^ The sashimi is flat shell, bonito, flounder, and the seasonal pen shell is thick and sweet. Flounder in early spring has a firm and pale taste! All were thick and delicious. The bowl is steamed with yuba of tilefish, and the kelp stock brings out the flavor of yuba and sea bream. It also has a yuzu flavor, which is my favorite taste. The grilled food is served with sesame grilled Spanish mackerel and kelp with kelp. The Spanish mackerel, which is the fish that heralds spring, is a time when there is little fat, so you can enjoy it easily. Bamboo shoot rice and bamboo shoots are getting bigger in the future. I enjoyed the seasonal moisturizing (hosta sieboldiana) and the unique crispy texture of the soup. After a meal, I had a dessert for a while. .. .. From the latter half of Heisei era, when the historic restaurants in the city continue to close, I want Arate Saryo to continue to preserve the history of the famous restaurants!
