9	9bars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は博多豚骨醤油！美味かった！店内、ハイスタがガンガン流れてるのが意見別れるでしょうが自分は好きです。駅近、高校近なので客層も若い方が多いですねー This time Hakata pork bone soy sauce! It was delicious! You may disagree with the fact that Hi-Standard is flowing in the store, but I like it. Since it is near the station and high school, there are many young customers.

I came to Ina again due to a transfer from the company, so I visited Mr. Takashi Ramen, who I've always loved! I drank up the soup with the stable taste and finished the meal! I will save stamp cards from now on lol
な	なかピー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジャンクな見た目の店内に反してラーメンは超本格的な横浜家系ラーメンです。豚骨の臭みも全くなく丁寧なスープの仕込みをされているのが分かります。麺も中太硬め、チャーシューも柔らかくサッパリ系キャベツは生ではなく食べやすく程よい食感に湯通ししてあるのも良いです。そして家系には外せない海苔もしっかりしてました。これぞ王道の家系ラーメン！美味かった。南信州で本格家系ラーメンを食べれる所は中々無くて貴重なので隠れた名店を見つけた感じです。店内狭くて座席数が少ないのがマイナスポイントですがそこが隠れた名店かな笑 Contrary to the junk-looking interior, ramen is a super authentic Yokohama family ramen. The noodles are medium-thick and hard, the char siu is soft, and the refreshing cabbage is not raw, but it is easy to eat and it is good to blanch it with a moderate texture. And the seaweed that cannot be removed from the family was also solid. This is the royal road family ramen! It was delicious. There aren't many places in Minami Shinshu where you can eat authentic Iekei ramen, so it feels like you've found a hidden store. The minus point is that the store is small and the number of seats is small, but I wonder if that is a hidden store lol
