娘もゲーミングパソコンを欲しがっていまので、次回もアプライドさんでお願いしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらで旧パソコンのデータを移行し、旧パソコンを下取りして頂き、新しいパソコンを購入という形でお取引しました。
新しいパソコンを店舗に取りに行き、説明を受け持ち帰りする際、「プレゼントさせていただきます」と言われていたパソコンバッグを付け忘れる、メールのアカウント設定で、IDとパスワードを明記した用紙の渡し忘れなど、その場で購入者が気がついたから良かったものの、対応のミスが目立ちます。
旧パソコンからのデータ移行終了後、引取りにいった際も、何故か下取りするはずの旧パソコンも一緒に渡そうとするなど、
1度の取引で、こちらが指摘しないと忘れ去られるようなミスが3度もありました。
もし新しいパソコンにトラブルがあった際、今後のメンテナンスが不安で仕方ないです。もうちょっとしっかりしてください。

Sorry to say to tho, most of the products are overpriced even during their "premium sale" most products are way too highly priced.
I have been visiting this store about 6 times already past 3 years, and never has staff approached me to ask if I need any help.
They need to work on their store image and customer service.
