偶然何度かそこで 出会う度どうやら彼は目黒でお店をやっているらしかった・・・・からのお知り合い。
当時は あの大きな机上に大皿のおかずを用意して家庭的な雰囲気だったような。又ある日はかまやつさんが来店してパーティーやったり 机上でベリーダンスをやったりするようなめちゃくちゃバブリーなバーだったが今は大分落ち着いた地元に根差したバーのようですね。
大分お会いしていませんがお元気でしょうか。
30年以上も昔に ジロールでテット・デ・モアンを食べたのは平やんのお店でした。超感動した覚えがあります。
何方かがＵＰした平やんの写真をみてお変わりないのを見て懐かしくおもっています。
何時の日かまたお会いしたいです。
When I was a college student, I met the master at a stall in Setagaya, which is now gone.
Every time I happened to meet him there several times, he seemed to be running a shop in Meguro ... I got acquainted with him.
At that time, it seemed like a homely atmosphere with a large plate of side dishes on that big desk. One day, it was a very bubbly bar where Mr. Kamaya came to the store and had a party or belly dance on the desk, but now it seems to be a bar rooted in a calm local area.
I haven't seen you in Oita, but how are you?
It was a flat restaurant that ate Tet de Moan at Girol more than 30 years ago. I remember being super impressed.
I miss the fact that somebody has seen the UP photo of Hirayan and it hasn't changed.
I would like to see you again someday.
