魚介の白湯スープは、飲み口はあっさりしているものの、魚介の風味と塩味が強めの後味。
もちもちの麺と食べることで、麺をすすって噛んでいる間も長く余韻が残るのが特徴だと思います。
そのため食べ飽きず麺がどんどんなくなっていく印象でした。
ただ、このスープだとホロホロのチャーシューは魚介の塩味と肉の塩気て若干浮いた印象な気も。燻製チャーシューとかのほうが相性いいかも？と思いました。
シンプルながらも少しだけパンチのあるラーメンを食べたい方にはおすすめです。

Therefore, I had the impression that the noodles would become more and more like without getting tired of eating.
However, with this soup, the horohoro char siu has the impression that the saltiness of the seafood and the saltiness of the meat are slightly floating. Maybe smoked char siu is more compatible? I thought.
Recommended for those who want to eat simple but slightly punchy ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚介の風味がほのかに感じられるスープでとても美味しかったです。
あまり魚介が出過ぎずこれくらいの風味が私は好きです。
個人的にはチャーシューに降りかかっていたブラックペッパーが邪魔に感じました。
周りのお客さんはつけ麺を頼んでいる人が多かったのでつけ麺も試してみたいです。
現金のみでキャッシレスは対応していないのは残念。
キャッシレス対応していないので☆-1です。

Personally, the black pepper that was falling on the char siu felt in the way.
Many of the customers around me were asking for tsukemen, so I would like to try tsukemen as well.
It's a pity that cash only is not available for cashless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ▼中野本店で並んで食べてた学生時代。その頃の衝撃はなかなか凄かったです。ダブルスープって発想を生み出したのはやっぱり偉大なお店だと思います。▼川崎店も味はしっかりしてました。安定の特製ラーメン。ここは味玉、チャーシュー、メンマが全部美味いので、特製にする意義を感じます。オススメは特製！って言えるラーメン屋さん、実は少ないですよね^ ^ ▼スープはまろやかで角が立ったところのないダブルスープ。粘度がややありますが、あっさりと飲むことができ、香りは魚介から、コクは動物系からと、結構理想的なスープです。▼麺はモチモチで表面がツルツル。歯応えもよく茹で具合もナイスです。青葉は多店舗展開してても、どこもこのあたりがしっかりしていて良いですね。▼久しぶりに中野本店にも行きたくなりました。ご馳走様でした！

席はカウンターのみです。並んでる時もありますが、回転早いです！
ゆず唐辛子も良いアクセントで頼むべきです！
粗挽きこしょうが最初から入っています。子どもには抜くか聞いてくれます。
