オフィスも多い場所なので、その利用が多いのではないかと思います。
 Although it is a small store, it has an easy-to-use atmosphere.
There are many offices, so I think they are often used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting. Nice little gym, not overly crowded like many others in the area(Wednesday after work). Only one squat rack, so I could see that being an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okey place, I do not need much equipment, so I am not demanding client, I with they had more stuff and space for crossfit, in overall its a nice but small place. Only two showers thought, sometimes have to wait, and I usually go in least busy time.

It's quite a small gym, with minimal machines and dumbbells up to 30kg.
It's still nice to always have an opportunity to train.
Staffed hours are 11-8pm
