★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い地域で条件が多く有り、こちらがある程度調べていた物件をすぐに調べて頂けました。
応対も早くLINEでのやり取りでしたので質問もしやすく確認もできる事はとても良かったです。店舗の皆様の対応はじめ、担当の川端に至っては、最初の申込時、内覧、契約、鍵の受取全てがスムーズで何より不安なく契約できました。本来なら、一カ月程前に先に転居した家族と同じ不動産屋さんで割引きもある事ですし、自分の契約も引き続き依頼する予定でしたが、入居日や契約で不安な点が有り、自宅から近いアフロさんへお願いいたしました。
昨日、鍵を受け取り、今日に至りますがノンストレスでした。
川端様にお願いして本当に良かったです。
振り返っみると、今回で７回目の賃貸契約でしたが、次回もこちらでお願いしようと思えたのは初めてです。
これで、不動産屋さん選びに気を揉まなくてよくなりました。お世話になりました。

It was very nice to be able to easily ask questions and check because the response was quick and exchanged on LINE. At the time of the first application, the preview, the contract, and the receipt of the key were all smooth, and the contract was made without any anxiety. Originally, there was a discount at the same real estate agent as the family who moved earlier about a month ago, and I was planning to continue requesting my own contract, but I was worried about the move-in date and contract, so my home I asked Mr. Afro, who is close to me.
I received the key yesterday and it's been stress-free to this day.
It was really good to ask Mr. Kawabata.
Looking back, this was the 7th rental contract, but this is the first time I've thought about asking here again.
Now you don't have to worry about choosing a real estate agent. thank you for helping me.
