I was invited to work by a company employee. It was my first time dancing without any experience, but I was able to do it unexpectedly because I was carefully taught. I think it was a fun exercise.

何よりスタッフさんの対応が良く、自分の身体に向き合えるレッスンもあり心も身体も健康になれそう♪なので続けていきたいと思います(^^)
I was exercising for the first time in a long time, so I was worried that I wouldn't hurt my body, but it was a studio that even adults could start loosely.
