★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店が広く商品が充実している。大阪ミナミでは最大級規模、但し働いている人間がよくない。地下1階11月27日金曜日14時前商品を撮影しているだけで泥棒扱いする小柄な中年男性店員がいる。この男は販売員ではなく万引きGメンか警察官だったのかもしれません。目つきが客と接する人間の目ではなかった。まずは「いらっしゃいませ」からはじめるのが販売員の常識だと思うのですが？それらしい言葉は一切発せず。店内には平日で私を含め2人しか客はおらず、一方店員は5名ほどいました。どうしてこの状況で万引きができるのでしょうか。撮影がダメなら店舗に表示すべき。それとも撮られるとまずいのでしょうか。万引きを疑われていたので本当の理由を伝えた「梅田にある石井スポーツとの比較です」と。この店は明日から店舗販売を辞めてインターネット販売に切り替えたほうが良いと思います。会社ホームページの高橋社長「お客様のおかげ」という言葉も信憑性に欠ける虚しいメッセージに映る。私は700件以上口コミを発信していますがこの店は最低の劣悪店です。12月7日朝刊日経新聞に掲載された記事のとおりAmazonに淘汰されるのはこのような店かもしれません。ビッグステップは毎週訪れていますがこの店前を通る度に恐怖を感じます。
