今では一茶庵系のお店もいろいろ在りますが、こちらの村屋東亭さんは片倉康雄氏に直接師事したご主人が営むお蕎麦屋さんです。そして、何と言っても「常陸秋そばの改良、普及に尽力して世に広めた」と言える人物。 店内は小上がりとカウンター席が4つ。テーブル席はありません。 天せいのろを注文しました。石臼挽きそば粉を使った細切りの麺はコシも良く、つゆは甘めでなかなか美味しかったです。場所は、ホームセンター山新鉾田店の隣りで分かりやすいです。

There are no table seats. I ordered Tenseiro. The shredded noodles made from ground stone buckwheat flour were chewy, and the soup was sweet and quite delicious. The location is easy to understand next to the home center Yamashin Hokota store.

店内の雰囲気は良かったです。 足腰が痛かったので座敷だとキツかったかも (私事ですが)天ざる1600円200円上がったのかな?お蕎麦は丁度良い量でした天ぷらがもう少しこの値段ならボリューム欲しかったかな。

注文してから出てくるまでに少し時間がかかった。 つゆが塩辛く、正直、私には合わなかった。 極細の蕎麦はコシが弱く、量も少ない。 値段も高めだと思う。

飲食店従業員としては難ありのおばあさんがひとりで接客しておられます。先にこちらが注文の声をかけたのに、常連客らしき4人組の注文を取りに行かれ、挙げ句の果てにその客が食べ終わるまでこちらの2人前の蕎麦は出されませんでした。手を上げて、目を合わせて「お願いします!」とはっきり伝えましたが、完全にスルーされ、主人と二人で「え?」ってなりました。。。(この時はひたすらビックリしましたが、他の方の口コミにも散見されますね。常連客最優先ということなのでしょう。一見さんは、時間と心にゆとりを持って、覚悟してお訪ねください。)その後、疑問と驚きでいっぱいだった私は、隣の席の方の美味しそうに蕎麦を食べる音と空腹にじりじりと耐え、込み上げる怒りをおさえながら、その隣の席の方が帰られた後の残骸を撮影しちゃいましたよ(苦笑)写真はひとり分下げ終わってます。(下げる前に、こちらにも蕎麦を食べさせて?)結局、混んでもいないのに着席してから1時間以上待たされました。やっと出てきた天せいろ1600円と鴨せいろ1600円。蕎麦はボソボソでエビ天は少し生っぽい。。。値段と内容が見合わないの口コミは本当です。せっかくの主人との、たまの外出でしたが台無しにされましたよ。高い勉強代払いました。二度と行きません!

先月初めて行ったが、美味かった。 細麺でさっぱりと味わえる蕎麦だった。 蕎麦も美味かったが、天麩羅の揚げ加減と素材の味が印象的で驚いた。 混雑していたので、次は時間をずらして来ようと思う。

鉾田にある名店とのことで、初めて来訪。 歴史と共におもむきのあるお店は、高級感も持ち合わせている。 小上がりに座ると、オーダーして間もなく5分ほどで到着。 もりそばだ。よくここまで細く切れたなと思うほど、細い麺をすすりあげて堪能。 ごちそうさまでした!

他県からの来客も多い鉾田の名店。 蕎麦は極細で香りがいい。田舎蕎麦のような噛み締める香りではなく含んだ瞬間繊細に広がるような。 キリッとした深みのあるつゆ。 この辺ではあまりないタイプ(鉾田のつゆは結構甘くて味が濃い) このつゆを極細蕎麦が「じゅわっ」と吸い上げます。 つゆが蕎麦を昇ってきます? じゃぶん!と浸けるとあっという間につゆは無くなり蕎麦も塩辛くなっちゃういます。 ちょん、とつけてスッ!と啜りましょう。 (つゆが少ないとか、味がしょっぱいとか言われるのは多分それなんです) つゆは上手に残して蕎麦湯で割っていただきます。蕎麦湯も上等です。 天ぷらも美味です。このレベルの天ぷらを出す蕎麦屋はそうそうありません。 この近辺の蕎麦屋では1番だと思います。 天せいろは本当に美味いです。
