か	かまぼこチーズ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的な接客態度がなってなさすぎて話しになりません。出前を利用したことがありますが、支払いで2千円を出そうとしたら「ちょうどで出して」という趣旨の言い方をされました。何事も言い方ってものがあると思います。出前ですから、出せるお釣りに限りがあるのは承知してますし、まして1万円を出そうとしたわけでもなく、小銭が少々発生する程度だったのをなぜ「ちょうどで出して」という言い方をされなければならないのでしょうか。お願いされるならともかく、指定される筋合いはないんですがね。ちょうどで出せって言うから出しましたけど。この人はご高齢で店主の方でした。若い方もいらっしゃいますが、基本的に両者とも無愛想です。味がよければそれでもいいって人にとっては問題ないんでしょうが、最低限の接客態度は身につけてもらいたいものです。こういうこともあって、ここ数年は全く利用してませんし、したいとも思いません。 I can't talk because I don't have a basic customer service attitude.
