道	*道楽職人** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まさに、ドリフの「もしもシリーズ」です。クチコミ数が少ないお店ですが、打ちたてと評価が高いので、訪問。店内では、常連の方とご主人がテーブルに座ってました。タバコ臭かったのでやめようと思いましたが、お蕎麦に期待して1,000円の天ざるを妻と注文。厨房でご主人が調理を始めましたが、しばらくすると、オレの席の隣にあるトイレへ。長めの時間入ってたので多分…。そしてなんとトイレのドアから這い出しているのは細いチューブでした。出てきたご主人の体に繋がっていて、おそらく肺病を患っているのでしょう。トイレまでの長～いチューブを引きずりながらまた厨房に。しばらくしてお蕎麦が出てきましたが、乾燥蕎麦をただ茹でたあの家庭で出来るのと同じ味でした。張り紙には常陸秋蕎麦を使用とありましたが、香りもコシも無く、噛めば粉っぽいあの麺です。つゆもダシの風味はゼロでおそらく市販のめんつゆ？。ネギも切れて無く、海苔は雑に切られ、天ぷらもフニャフニャでした。生まれてはじめてお蕎麦屋さんで残しました。勿論コロナ対策も消毒液もおしぼりもありません。病人であれ料理人ですぞ？調理中にトイレとは… This is exactly Drifter's "Moshimo Series".
