いつも気になりながらもなかなか寄れなかったけど、初訪問。
迷った末に麻婆焼きそばを注文！
いわゆる仙台の麻婆焼きそばと違う見た目に面食らうも、なんだかおいしそう！
麺をすくうと香りよく蒸された細麺！上に乗った具が軽く酸味があって濃厚でおいしい！同じ大きさに揃えて切られたシャキシャキした蓮根、タレを吸ったくにゃくにゃした油麩、そして何より、料理人の意地を感じる包丁を細かく入れて味が入りやすくなっておいしいナス！こんなに繊細に計算された「麻婆焼きそば」ははじめて！これはいろいろ他のメニューも試したくなります。きっと通好みの深く練られた工夫がたくさんあるはず！
しばらく、通うことになりそうです！

Although I was always worried, I couldn't get close to it, but this was my first visit.
After hesitation, I ordered Mapo Yakisoba!
It looks different from the so-called Mapo Yakisoba in Sendai, but it looks delicious!
Thin noodles that are steamed with a good fragrance when you scoop the noodles! The ingredients on top are lightly sour, rich and delicious! Crispy lotus roots cut to the same size, squishy oil buns that suck the sauce, and above all, finely chopped knives that make you feel the chef's will make it easier to add flavor and delicious eggplant! This is the first time for "Mapo Yakisoba" that has been calculated so delicately! This makes you want to try various other menus as well. I'm sure there are a lot of deeply crafted ideas that people like!
I'm going to go there for a while!

煮干しのスープで細麺でおいしかったですが、普通盛りでの注文でしたが、麺の量がこんなもん？で、全然満腹感もなく、物足りない感いっぱいでした。
なのに値段が¥1,100…高くねｯ？
メニューも少なく…たぶんもう二度と行きたいとは思わないですね〜
平日の開店時間が10:30なのに、時間通りに店が開かない?
そこからしてどうなのか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回か行ってみての感想。とりあえず何を食べても旨い！何を作っても美味しくなっちゃっう料理人は仙台でも数人知ってるけど間違いなくその中の一人だと思う。ここの店主が作る渾身の中華のフルコースとか食べてみたいなあって感じさせるセンスの良さ。お客さんも若い人より、舌の肥えた老夫婦とかが多い印象です。
Impressions of going several times. Whatever you eat is delicious for the time being! I know several cooks in Sendai that will be delicious no matter what they make, but I think they are definitely one of them. It has a good taste that makes you feel like eating a full-course meal of Chinese food made by the owner here. I get the impression that there are more discerning old couples than young people.

スープの澄んだ色合いが良く、味もサッパリしていて飲み干せるほど。
ハーフサイズの炒飯も良い味付けでした。
また食べに行きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何となくアットホームな感じのするお店。野菜たっぷりな塩チーズ焼きそばの蓮根のシャキシャキ感が良いですね。チーズだけに味はしっかりついてますが優しくまとまっています。途中から粗挽き胡椒でアクセントをつけて最後まで美味しくいただけました。餃子の皮の水分が飛んでしまっていたのは残念でしたが、中華そばも含めて優しい仕上がりという印象です。ある意味家庭的な味付けだった為、アットホームなのかなぁ。そんな感じです。
