いつも紙に記入してたけど指示されたようにタブレットに記入して店員さんが確認してからの対応だろうなと思って待ってたら時間経過で入力したもの消えるし。これ何分待ったらホームに戻る仕様？
その待ってる間に後から来たお客2人を優先して対応するし。
謝られてもこんな気分でパチ屋寄れんわ(TT)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの営業所の受付を担当されている方々は、皆さんテキパキと親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれます。（手の空いているドライバーさんも大きな荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれましたよ。)
梱包など心配な時は、補強などのアドバイスや対応もしてくれました。
店舗前にロッカーBOXがあり、発送や受取も出来ます。
仙台市内のクロネコヤマト営業所の中でも、オススメの営業所です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問い合わせの電話が繋がらない。自動音声のチャットは定型文の繰り返しで何のアドバイスにもならず、客から30秒某か通話料金をむしりとるだけ。
配送状況追跡も一週間近く「調査中」の表示だけ。確認の電話もしてこない。
結局出向いて行くと電話が鳴りっぱなしで忙しく動いている訳でもなし。(コールセンター一極集中なのかも？繋がらなさすぎ！)
追跡番号を伝えると側の住所不明の荷物が集められている篭から探しだしてくれた。
住んでいるアパート名をGoogle検索すると誤った住所が表示されているものを使っているので正しい住所を間違い、住所不明として持ちかえっているようだ。
機転がきくドライバーは住所ではなくGPSを頼りに配送してくれるが過去何回となく遅配、不配があった。
JP 、佐川急便は届きましたけどヤマト運輸だけトラブル続き。
クロネコサービスはサービスとして機能してません。イライラが増すばかり。
改善する気は？
The inquiry phone does not connect. Automatic voice chat is a repetition of fixed phrases and does not give any advice, it only takes 30 seconds from the customer to call charges.
Delivery status tracking is only displayed as "under investigation" for nearly a week. I didn't even call for confirmation.
After all, when I went out, the phone kept ringing and I wasn't busy. (Maybe the call center is extremely concentrated? It's too difficult to connect!)
When I gave him the tracking number, he found it in the basket where the luggage of unknown address was collected.
A Google search for the name of the apartment in which I live shows the wrong address, so it seems that the correct address is wrong and the address is unknown.
The nimble driver relies on GPS instead of address for delivery, but there have been several delays and non-delivery in the past.
JP, Sagawa Express arrived, but only Yamato Transport continued to have trouble.
Kuroneko Service is not functioning as a service. I'm just getting frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の運送会社です。月極め駐車場の無断駐車は当たり前‼️違法駐車は日常茶飯事。どの用な指導をしているのか？合ってはならない様な事をしている会社です。
The worst shipping company. Unauthorized parking in the monthly parking lot is a matter of course! ️Illegal parking is a daily occurrence. What kind of guidance do you give? It's a company that does things that shouldn't fit.

急ぎの際は19時まで受け付けているので翌日都内着のものとかある際は利用します。
受付の方も親切な店舗です。
The parking lot is large and easy to use.

The receptionist is also a kind store.

時間を選ばないしすぐ受け取れます。
2022年1月訪問
結構なクレーマーさんがいらっしゃいまして、20分くらい待たされたのでちょっと気分悪かったです(ヤマトさんは悪くないです)

平日19:30ころで閉店近かったですが、親切に対応頂きました
大きめの荷物を送るのが初めてでしたが色々とアドバイスいただき
問題なく発送手続きが出来ました
緩衝材もあれこれ考えてもらいまして助かりました
