個人的にあっさりが好きです。
しかし、以前来店した際に厨房におられました女性従業員、駐車場の誘導をしておられた若い男性の従業員のサービス、接客にがっかりして、せっかくの美味しいラーメンだったのに店を出る時には、どこかガッカリでした。
①なぜ、駐車場が満車なのにせまい駐車場にわざわざ誘導して満車を告げるのか。切り返しが苦手そうなドライバーが四苦八苦しておられました。挙句、バックも車道への誘導もしない。
②ちり紙等のゴミを捨て忘れた落ち度は自分にある事は理解できるが、「ゴミ！！捨てて！」と何故そんな喧嘩腰で言われなくてはいけないのか。友達でも無ければ知人ですら無いですが？
あのような接客されたら、せっかく美味しいラーメンも不味くなりますね…
二度と行かない。とは言いませんがラーメン食べたいなって思っても少なからず躊躇します。

If you serve customers like that, the delicious ramen will be unpleasant ...
I will never go again. I don't say that, but I hesitate to eat ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味玉あっさり煮干し中華そばを食べました。
煮干しの美味しい人気店。あっさりと濃いにぼの両極が美味しいです(ﾟ∀ﾟ)／ 油そばとか坦々麺とかもあるようですが、わしはやっぱり煮干し系ですね。
麺は中太ストレート、麩のようなあれ、何だろう。。やっぱり麩かなあ(´┐｀)。。今度は濃いにぼ食べようっと。。お昼時は混みますよう～(ﾟ∀ﾟ)／

青森煮干しラーメンの銀にぼとか長尾系のより食べやすい感じ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私のオススメは平日夜限定のコクニボですね(写真4枚目)。濃いニボと同じ位のガッツリ灰色なのに、よりエグ味は感じないし豚骨?とのまろやかな風味。私は断然こっち。みんな濃いニボ濃いニボ言ってるけど、中々ありつけない方は先にこちらを食べてみては？平日夜限定スープが無くなると終了と言っても土日ほど混まないし結構食べれますよ。
その他ももちろん美味しいです。あっさり(写真1枚目)はほんのり香る煮干が美味い。数量限定の濃いニボ(写真2枚目)はガツンと美味い。油そば(写真撮り忘れ)は香ばしくかつ食べ応え十分で、味変して二度美味しい。満腹食べたい時はコレ。煮干系好きの方は一度訪れる価値アリ!!
先日、券売機の右下の方に味噌ラーメン(写真3枚目)を発見したので食べてみましたよ～。一緒に食事する相方が煮干系苦手な場合はこちらもいいんじゃないかな。美味しかったです。
My recommendation is Kokunibo, which is only available on weekday nights (4th photo). Although it is as gray as dark nibo, it does not have a more astringent taste and has a mellow flavor with pork bones. I'm definitely over here. Everyone says dark nibo, but if you can't find it, why don't you try this first? Weekday night limited soup is over, but it's not as crowded as Saturday and Sunday and you can eat quite a bit.
Others are of course delicious. The lightly scented dried sardines (first photo) are delicious. The limited number of dark nibo (second photo) is delicious. Abura soba (forgot to take a photo) is fragrant and satisfying to eat, and it tastes different and is delicious twice. If you want to eat full, this is it. If you like dried sardines, it's worth a visit !!
The other day, I found miso ramen (3rd photo) in the lower right corner of the ticket vending machine, so I tried it. If your partner who eats with you is not good at sardines, this is also good. It was delicious.

（14時来店した際、こいにぼは終了していた。）
煮干し中華そばは苦手意識があり食べるのを躊躇していましたが、あっさり中華そばは、食べやすく美味しく頂きました。
次回は、とんこつなど別のラーメンにも挑戦しようと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から知ってはいたもののタイミングが合わず、ようやく食べることができました。
ランチタイムギリギリで、ご飯物が売り切れてましたが、ラーメンだけでも充分にお腹いっぱいになりました。
お麩にスープを染み込ませて、なんと美味しいこと。
I knew it before, but the timing wasn't right and I was finally able to eat it.
The rice was sold out at the last minute of lunch time, but the ramen alone was enough to fill me up.
Soup is soaked in the fu, and it's delicious.

職場仲間はアッサリ醤油を頼んでました
スープ一杯貰いましたが煮干しの香りは強め(^q^)ちょっと苦手って人はこちらがオススメです
私は濃厚にぼそば とTKG頂きました～
嫌いな味ではない美味しい一杯です
濃厚と言うより 結構アッサリな味
煮干しの粉末を溶かし混だ感じのスープ
苦手な人は無理かな?チャーシューはメチャクチャ美味しい柔らかく食べるとホロホロしっかり味が付いてるので煮卵同様オススメ‼️
TKGは黄身が濃厚で美味しい これに付く甘ダレ醤油？は自分は好みではないですが どちらかと言うとただの醤油の方が好きかな～(´･ω･`; )贅沢かもしれないけど選べる方が嬉しいと思う

TKG is rich in yolk and delicious. Is it sweet soy sauce that comes with this? I don't like it, but I prefer just soy sauce ~ (´ ･ ω ･ `;) It might be a luxury, but I'm glad I can choose it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は入ってひだりに券売機。煮干中華そば(あっさり)を注文。麺美味しい、煮干のあっさりしたスープも熱々で麺とよく合います。大きいチャーシューお麩が乗ってメンマとネギが入ってとても完成された中華そばだとおもいます。
There is a ticket vending machine inside the store. I ordered Niboshi Chinese noodles (lightly). The delicious, lightly boiled soup is hot and goes well with the noodles. I think it's a very complete Chinese noodle with a big char siu fu and menma and green onions.
