★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚魚介つけ麺（大盛）食べました。ワシワシな太麺とトロリとしたつけ汁で美味しいです！個人的にはもう少しツルッとした麺が好みかな。
 I ate rich fish and shellfish tsukemen (large serving). It's delicious with thick eagle noodles and trolley soup! Personally, I like noodles that are a little smoother.

鰹節も最高に美味しかったです！
ただ、3月に行ったら暖房をつけていなくて着丼までに寒かったこと、つけ汁に骨が数本混ざっていたことで、⭐︎マイナス1にしました?

The dried bonito was also the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２月２日お昼に伺いましたんだな１２時１７分で行列６人しか、１２時２５分に着席なんだな?アゴダシラーメン並?６００円也を太麺でオーダー❣️ 太麺は麺を啜る楽しみはないが、麺を噛む悦びのシッカリあるんだな❤️コシの強い饂飩を超える噛みごたえ✨麺が美味いんだな?パワフルなチャーシューはチャーシューならではの豚肉の美味しいを感じる仕上がりなんだな❤️
力強いスープは飲み干す頃には優しく感じるんだな?もちろん完食なんだな✌️
I visited at noon on February 2nd. Only 6 people in line at 12:17 were seated at 12:25. I'm not looking forward to it, but I'm happy to chew the noodles ❤️ The chewy texture that surpasses the chewy udon noodles ✨ The noodles are delicious ? The powerful char siu is a finish that feels the deliciousness of pork unique to char siu ❤️
The powerful soup feels gentle when you drink it ? Of course it's complete ✌️

平日夜に行きましたが席はほぼ満席でした
最近マイブームな辛味噌ラーメンを注文。笑
10分程で着丼です
スープ：あっさりですが、出汁の旨味がすごいです
背脂が良いアクセントになっています
麺：細麺にしましたが、歯ごたえがあるし味もあります
めちゃ好きな麺です
チャーシュー：堅めのワイルド系かと思いきや…
味はすごく優しいです
色々なメニューがありますので全部食べてみたいと思います！

Recently I ordered my booming spicy miso ramen. Lol
Donburi in about 10 minutes
Soup: It's light, but the taste of the soup stock is amazing.
The backfat is a good accent
Noodles: I made thin noodles, but they are chewy and have a good taste.
I really like the noodles
Char siu: I think it's a solid wild type ...
The taste is very gentle
There are various menus, so I would like to eat them all!

太平楽と比べると、麺が旨い。
タレも上品に感じる。
しかも、まだ値上げ無し。
新トッピングのネギが辛過ぎた感があったが、味噌ラーメンにも合いそうなトッピングでした。

Compared to Taiheiraku, the noodles are delicious.
The sauce also feels elegant.
Moreover, there is no price increase yet.
I felt that the new topping green onion was too spicy, but it seemed to go well with miso ramen.

窓際の席で??️?の色合いが納得出来ず…(--;)
奥と二人で
「東仙台ブラックラーメン」と「アゴダシラーメン」の細麺選択。
どちらもパツパツの自家製麺が好みでした。
ブラックラーメンは見た目に反してあまり塩っぱくありませんでしたが、どちらも個人的には少しだけ塩っぱく感じました。(￣▽￣;)
今度は「淡麗煮干」を食べてみたいです。(^-^)

With the back and two people
Select thin noodles from "Higashi Sendai Black Ramen" and "Agodashi Ramen".
In both cases, I liked the homemade noodles.
Black ramen wasn't very salty, contrary to what it looked like, but both personally felt a little salty. (￣ ▽ ￣;)
Next time, I would like to try "Tanrei Niboshi". (^-^)

JR東仙台駅から北へすぐの場所にある、同市内「太平楽」出身の店。
あごダシや辛味噌といった山形派生の品が並ぶ中、異彩を放つ本品が券売機の左上。
中京人の私にとって馴染み深い溜まり醤油に、鶏と魚介をバランス良く配して調和を重んじた構成のスープ。
そこに適量な油脂感が後押しして、やや硬質な太ちぢれ麺をしっかりと包み込む。
麺量は並で茹で前200g、そこにチャーシュー2枚も乗ってこの価格というのは驚き。
店内を常時埋め尽くす客層の幅広さにも大いに納得できる説得力を有した一杯だった。
