★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店以外では担々麺を食べないほどに.ハマっています。好みはあると思いますが、私は辛さと旨味、細麺のバランスで、ここ以上の担々麺に出会っていません。単に辛いだけとか、唐辛子の辛さだけとか、違うんだよなぁ。辛さと胡麻の旨味、山椒のバランスが命なんです。普段はスタンダードな担々麺を食べていますが、少し物足りなくなり、後発の熱烈四川担々麺を試したが、辛さと旨味のバランスが自分には今ひとつ。
しばらくぶりに訪れると、メニューが一新されてました。四川担々麺はなくなり、担々麺のバリエーションが豊富に。まさかの二郎系はスルーして、目についたのが濃厚担々麺！
脂の濃厚は好みじゃないけど、担々麺の濃厚は芝麻醤のコクでしょ？これは・・・
食べてみたら、大正解でした。濃厚なスープ（タレ状）が麺に絡む絡む。とっても好きな味！チョット麺が柔らかったので、次回は硬めでオーダーするとして、スタンダード（アッサリ）と濃厚を気分で選べるようになったことで、ますます他店の担々麺は食べれません。
 I'm so addicted to eating dandan noodles outside this restaurant. I think I have a taste, but I haven't come across any more dandan noodles because of the balance of spiciness, umami, and thin noodles. It's just spicy, or just the spiciness of chili peppers. The balance between spiciness, sesame flavor, and Japanese pepper is the life. I usually eat standard Tantan noodles, but I was a little unsatisfied, so I tried the later enthusiastic Sichuan Tantan noodles, but the balance between spiciness and umami is not good for me.
When I visited for the first time in a while, the menu was completely renewed. Sichuan Dandan noodles are gone, and there are many variations of Tantan noodles. Through the rainy day Jiro system, I noticed the rich dandan noodles!
I don't like the richness of fat, but the richness of dandan noodles is the richness of Tahini, right? this is···
When I tried it, it was a great answer. Thick soup (sauce-like) is entwined with the noodles. Very favorite taste! Since the chot noodles are soft, I will order harder next time, and now I can choose standard (assari) and rich noodles according to my mood, so I can not eat dandan noodles from other stores more and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沢山乗っている大量の水菜で食べづらい、麺も伸びるのが早いので最後の方はグダグダの担々麺。
調味料も揃っていて味も自分好みに食べられるのだが残念な商品でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21時頃に入店。麻婆ラーメンと半チャーハンを注文しましたが、私には量が多くて食べきれませんでした。私好みの麺で美味しかったのですが、麻婆のトロミが固まってしまってたのが残念でした。
Entered around 21:00. I ordered Mapo tofu and half fried rice, but I couldn't eat it because it was too much. The noodles I liked were delicious, but it was a pity that Mapo tofu had hardened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔すごく好きなラーメン屋さんでよく通ってました。最近すごく久しぶりに食べたくなって食べてみましたがコク？がなくなっていて以前はどの味ではない気がしました。
非常に残念な気持ちになります。
そして紙エプロンを用意して頂いたのですが、はい。っと渡されたそのエプロンは既に坦々麺の汁がついており…すごくイヤな気持ちになりました。もうリピートはやめようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担々麺セットメニュー、餃子白飯セットを頂きました。担々麺は、スープも濃くて味があり美味しいです。麺も通常よりも大盛な気がしました。
I had a dandan noodle set menu and a dumpling white rice set. Dandan noodles have a strong soup and are delicious. I felt that the noodles were bigger than usual.
