★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回目の来店。以前伺った時に、とても美味しかったので、久しぶりにまた食べたくなり来ました。日曜日のランチ時でしたが、並ぶ事なく入店。
感染対策で、お食事時以外はマスク着用するように店員さんから言われました。
ハンバーグ150グラムとベーコン添えの250グラムをオーダー。
ほどなくして、熱々のハンバーグが運ばれて来ました。店員さんが半分にカットして、まだ中が赤いハンバーグのカット面を、ジューッと鉄板に焼き付けてくれます。表面は良く焼かれているものの、中はまだ赤いのですが、牛肉100％のハンバーグなので、ステーキ同様赤くレアでも美味しくいただけるとのこと。
カット後、店員さんがソースをかけますか？と聞いてきます。中が赤いのが気になる方は、ソースをかけてしまうと中までしっかり焼き上げる事が出来なくなるので、断って、好みの焼き具合になった所で、自分でソースをかけるのをオススメします。ソースを先にかけてしまい、焼き具合が気になる方は、店員さんに声をかければ、鉄板を変えてもくれるようです。
レアな状態で食べましたが、とても美味しく頂けました。
チネチッタの隣にあり、半地下になっていて、雰囲気も良い感じです。

I ordered 150 grams of hamburger steak and 250 grams with bacon.
Soon after, a hot hamburger was brought in. The clerk cuts it in half and burns the cut surface of the hamburger steak, which is still red inside, onto an iron plate. Although the surface is well baked, the inside is still red, but since it is a 100% beef hamburger, it is said that you can enjoy it even if it is red and rare like steak.
Does the clerk sprinkle the sauce after cutting? I will ask. If you are worried about the red inside, if you sprinkle the sauce on it, you will not be able to bake it to the inside, so it is recommended to decline and sprinkle the sauce yourself when you get the desired baking condition. .. If you put the sauce first and are worried about how it is cooked, you can change the iron plate if you ask the clerk.
I ate it in a rare condition, but it was very delicious.
It's next to Cinecitta, it's semi-underground, and the atmosphere is nice.

店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、
この時期じゃなければワインが飲みたくなるような感じ。笑
今回はハンバーグのチーズ乗せ(200g)を頼みました。
肉肉しさが凄くて大満足。笑
店員さんがミディアムレアと言っていたのですがほぼレアな感じ笑
でもめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ハンバーグ美味しい！ミディアム(中が赤みが残ってる)が好きな人にはおすすめだと思います。目の前で店員さんが切ってソースをかけてくれるのを見てるだけで食欲がそそられます。店内は地下にあって、隠れ家的な落ち着いた雰囲気があります。
ただ残念なのは、店員さんの態度があまりよくありません。何度か来店してますが、何処かムッとしてるような結構無愛想な人が多い印象。そこが本当に残念。今回行ったとき、
女性の店員さん二人でしたが、なんとなく「早く食べて帰れ」感が強かった。お皿を下げるときも、ムッとした感じ。なので、星３です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炭焼きハンバーグ250gを注文。運んできた店員さんが「カットしてよろしいですか？」「ソースをかけてよろしいですか？」と訊くのでその通りにしてもらう。「当店のハンバーグは牛肉100%で、中が少し赤いミディアムレアの状態でお召し上がりください」と客に告げることになっているようだ。私はよく焼いた方が好きなので、フォークで鉄板に押しつけたりしたが、どうもこの店の鉄板は冷めるのが早いようだ。仕方なく赤いままで食べたが、なんだか食感がニチャニチャしてあまり旨いとは思えなかった。好きか嫌いかに関係なく、ハンバーグは調理の段階で赤い部分を残さずによく焼くべきではないかとあらためて思った。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シンプルにランチハンバーグ150㌘頂きました。地下店内に続く階段沿いにガラス張りの厨房の様子を見ることが出来ます。思いのほか広々とした店内。雰囲気はgoodです！牛肉100㌫は流石に肉を食したって感じでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用しました。ハンバーグ150gとライス小をオーダー。テーブルの上で紙ナプキンを当てて熱い鉄皿の上にソースをかけてもらう演出。美味しそうなグツグツ！ハンバーグは肉肉しい感じで噛みごたえのあるもの。150にしても量が少ないなと感じたのですが。。。
半地下で店内は何となくロッジの中にいるような感覚でした。
ちょっと疑問だったのは、おもての看板にはライス無料と書いてありましたが別料金となったのはなぜでしょう？
