食べ物の提供時間は、まあまあって感じでした。
お客さま大勢お見えでしたので仕方がないのかもしれませんけど、フォークやナイフが料理提供の後になっても運ばれて来なかったので、チャイムを鳴らして催促しました。
食後のデザートの時も催促のベルを鳴らしたのですが、なかなか気付いてもらえず、近くにいた店員さんにお願いしました。
ちょっと対応が不味いお店でした。
 It feels like it has a certain taste.
The food serving time was pretty good.
It may be unavoidable because there were a lot of customers, but the forks and knives weren't brought in even after the food was served, so I urged them by ringing a chime.
I rang the reminder bell for dessert after meals, but I couldn't notice it, so I asked a clerk who was nearby.
It was a shop that was a little uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はそれなりに良かったのですが、付け合せのじゃがいもがガッツリと傷んでいて、この位はアルバイトでも判らないと、飲食としては不合格ですね。改善が必要かと。スタッフさんに伝えましたが、店長さんらしい方は、スルーでしたので、接客面の観点から２ですね。
The taste was good as it was, but the garnished potatoes were badly damaged, and if I couldn't understand this even with a part-time job, I wouldn't pass it as a food or drink. Do you need improvement? I told the staff, but the person who seems to be the store manager was through, so it is 2 from the viewpoint of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great varities of food , good service, and have both a Japanese, and english menu for travelers. Only down side was the overexpensive drink bar for only a limited amount of choices to choose from. Me and my father dined here numerous mornings in our trip to kawasaki
