★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビリーさんは20歳の頃から食べ続けているチェーン店。こちらは本店と変わらない味で大変満足してます。マスターも気さくな方でウェイトレスの女性も感じがとても良く時間があればお邪魔してます。

薄切りの大きなステーキで、バターが乗っかってます。スジ肉の固さもなく、適度に柔らかく良かったです。醤油とニンニクだけでシンプルに美味しいステーキ。
店内はステーキの香りが強いですが、接客は良かったです。

あと、食後にコーヒーが付きます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通のステーキだと量が多く感じるのでキッドステーキが丁度良いと思ってる。今回はハラミ肉のすき焼き風インディアセットを注文。ハラミも美味しいは美味しいがちょっと固めで微妙。キッドステーキとの差は500円程なのでそこでけちるならキッドステーキを頼んだ方が満足度は高い。
因みに調味料は色々あるけど自分のおすすめはカラシかしょうゆ。食後にコーヒーが出るけど夜にやってる店でコーヒーのんだら寝られなくなるのでいつも少しだけ飲んで帰っている。飲み物の選択が出来れば良いのにと思う。会計ではカード使えます。

それをもっとうにしてきた店です。
チェーン店ですが、小規模ながら一括仕入れなどを行なって、コストパフォーマンスは最高だと感じております。
さて、本題のステーキですが、塩、しょうゆ、胡椒、にんにくというシンプルな味付け。
本場アメリカ風にこだわっった、シンプルラインの味付けが特徴であります。
肉ですが、この価格ではかなりのコストパフォーマンス。
それと、ステーキ以外ですが、自家製スープ。
その名もメキスープ。
辛くて、肉の油がすごいが、ビリーザキッドオリジナルのスープ。
ステーキとスープ注文するのが、吉。
何故か、これをステーキと頼むと元気が出るようでして。

サラダ、ご飯、食後のコーシーがついてきます。
チョリソーも独特な食感と風味があり美味しかった!
粗挽き肉だからなのかソーセージ食べてる感アリ。
次寄らせていただいた時にはタコスとメキスープも気になるので食べてみます?
そんなにメニューが多くないので全メニュー3回ぐらい来店すればいけそうです。
