★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても親切で真面目にお仕事されているとは思うのですが、普通郵便で送るときに中身を聞かれ、製品名で答えているのにマニュアルファイルを出して、アルコールは含まれていないか？○○ではないか？？と、確認が多くて辟易する時があります。安全に配慮しての事とは十分理解していますが、何か疑われている気分にもなってしまうほどです。
I think you are very kind and serious about your work, but when you send it by regular mail, you are asked what it is, and even though you answered with the product name, you issued a manual file and did it contain alcohol? Isn't it ○○? ?? There are a lot of confirmations and it can be frustrating. I fully understand that safety is taken into consideration, but it makes me feel suspicious.
