我	我流麺童 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10数年ぶりに再訪したが、店構えに昔の活気がなく普通の蕎麦だけの店になっていた。店主に聞くと約4年前に一度店を閉め、その2か月後に一人で再開したとのこと。厨房も仲居も店主一人で切り盛りし、営業は11時から16時の昼間のみ。以前は、店先で蕎麦切りしていたのが窓から覗けたが、いまでは窓も目隠しされ、その上に張り紙がしてある。なんといっても、入り口に「暖簾」を出していない。店主に問うと店前の駐車場の鎖を解き、玄関左の明かりを点せば、知る人は入ってくるとのこと。また、箸袋の店名も無くなった。昔の店名入りの箸袋を保存している者としては少し悲しい気持ちになった、また、昔の「もとはし」は、「ゆず切」「芥子切」「茶そば」といった変わり蕎麦が美味しくて、初夏の「青紫蘇切り」が楽しみだったが、店主一人での今では消滅してしまった。今のメニューは「もり」「かけ」「車海老」の3種類で、麺は「細切」と「田舎」が選べる。田舎蕎麦の大盛りを注文した。汁は昔のキリット辛目汁だが、残念ながら麺は明らかに昔の粋な「もとはし」の面影はない。テーブルや蕎麦を乗せた"せいろ"の塗りが、だいぶ疲れていたが、楊枝は黒文字を使用して、七味も味が良かったので、普通の町の蕎麦屋として無理せずに頑張ってほしい。 I revisited it for the first time in more than 10 years, but the store wasn't as lively as it used to be, and it was just an ordinary soba restaurant. If you ask the owner, unchain the parking lot in front of the store and turn on the light on the left side of the entrance, people who know it will come in. Also, the name of the chopstick bag store has disappeared. I felt a little sad as a person who kept the chopsticks bag with the old store name. Also, in the old days, "Motohashi" had delicious soba noodles such as "Yuzu-kiri", "Ashiko-kiri", and "Tea-soba", and I was looking forward to "Blue shiso-kiri" in early summer, but now the owner is alone. It has disappeared. The current menu has three types, "Mori", "Kake", and "Kuruma prawn", and you can choose "Shredded" or "Countryside" for the noodles. I ordered a large serving of countryside soba. The soup is the old Kirit spicy soup, but unfortunately the noodles clearly do not have the remnants of the old-fashioned "Motohashi". I was pretty tired of painting the table and the soba noodles on the "seiro", but the toothpicks used black letters and the shichimi tasted good, so please do your best as a soba shop in an ordinary town.
