m	masayuki minowa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あじたつさんでランチを頂きました。八王子ラーメンを出す店の中でもかなり美味しいと思います。店の入り口はレトロな雰囲気ですが店内は丁寧に掃除をされている感じが伝わり好印象です。細麺にスープが絡み一口目から「これはうまい！」と感じます。やや濃いめの味で満腹になるボリュームもあり、近隣の店舗の中では一番のお気に入りです。もし大きな駅にあったら話題の店になるでしょうね。店主も愛想が良くまた行きたい店になりました。ありがとうございます。 I had lunch with Mr. Ajitatsu. I think it's quite delicious among the shops that serve Hachioji ramen. The entrance of the store has a retro atmosphere, but the inside of the store has a good impression as it is carefully cleaned. The soup is entwined with the thin noodles, and from the first bite I feel "this is delicious!" It has a slightly strong taste and a volume that makes you full, so it is my favorite among the nearby stores. If it's in a big station, it will be a hot topic. The owner is also friendly and I want to go there again. Thank you.
D	Dra Hama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京王線の南平駅を降りてすぐの場所にあるラーメン屋さん。特急が停まらない駅のためあまり人がおらず、住宅街が広がる場所。あまり期待をせずに行ってみました。八王子ラーメンを出すお店です。八王子ラーメンは好きなので、さすがにひどい味にはならないはず。お店はカウンターとテーブル席があり、ラーメン以外にもつまみがありました。どうやら飲み屋を兼ねているみたいです。ますます期待が薄くなってはきたものの、唯一壁に張ってあったこだわりに来たいです。今回頼んだのはラーメン大盛に玉ねぎ増量を付けました。八王子ラーメンの刻み玉ねぎは大好きです。しばらくすると濃い目のラーメンが出てきました。しかも玉ねぎ増量したはずがそれほど多くない気が・・・味も濃そうだし厳しいかなと思いながら食べてみます。すごい美味しい！これはびっくりしました。スープが絶妙なバランスで濃すぎず、それでいてコクがあり美味しい。麺も中細縮れ麺で、ストレートに近い感じ。固さもしっかりとした歯ごたえがある感じで、絶妙。あまり有名ではないけれど美味しい店をついに発見した感じがしてうれしいです。すぐにまた来よう。。 A ramen shop located in the place just off the Nanping station on the Keio Line. There are not many people because of the station where the limited express is not stopped, where the residential area spreads. I tried going without much expectation. It is a shop that will serve Hachioji ramen. I like Hachioji Ramen, so it should not be a terrible taste indeed. The shop has a counter and a table seat, and there was a knob besides ramen. Apparently it seems to be a drinking bar. Although expectations are getting thinner more and more, I just want to come to the attention I have stuck on the wall. This time I ordered ramen Omori onion increment. I love the carved onion of Hachioji ramen. After a while, a dark eyed ramen came out. Moreover, I feel that there should not be much onions should have been increased ... It seems to have a strong taste and I try to eat while thinking that it is tough. It's amazing delicious! This surprised me. The soup is not too thick with an exquisite balance, yet it is rich and tasty. Noodles are medium refined noodles, feeling close to straight. It is exquisite with firmness and solid chewy feeling. I am glad to feel that I finally found a delicious shop at the end though it is not very famous. I will come back soon. .
