★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北秋田名産の獅子唐を麺に練り込んだ、獅子唐ラーメンがお勧め。この店以外で見たことがない。スープは、秋田ならではの鳥出汁醤油味。獅子唐の味は、控えめで、辛くはなく、ほんのりと漂う程度、それがまた、奥深さを高めている。
We recommend the Shishito Ramen, which is made by kneading Kitaakita's specialty Shishito into noodles. I've never seen it outside this store. The soup has a soy sauce flavor that is unique to Akita. The taste of green pepper is modest, not spicy, and slightly drifting, which also enhances the depth.

月に1～2回昼食で訪れますが飽きないんだな。

The eggs are fluffy and the meat is chewy and delicious.
I visit for lunch once or twice a month, but I never get tired of it.

秋田方面から大館方面に向かっていたのですが、手前の道の駅(おそらくオガーレ)を過ぎてからなかなか食事できるところがなく立地的に救世主でした。
比内地鶏を食べたいと思い、こちらを選択。
まずお米の量が秋田サイズ(おおめ)でたっぷりです。鶏肉も玉子も味付けもとてもバランスよく美味しかったです。
850円はとてもお得に感じました。
(鶏肉は少しナンコツがついてるので噛む時要注意。)
とても元気で明るいお母さんたちが接客してくれ気持ちが良かったです。
道の駅自体は小さくあまり新しいとは言えませんがお土産や地元の野菜はたくさん売ってました〜！
I had a chicken and chicken bowl of Hinai local chicken for lunch!
I was heading from Akita towards Odate, but I was a savior because of the location where I couldn't eat easily after passing the road station in front (probably Ogare).
I want to eat Hinai chicken, so I chose this one.
First of all, there is plenty of rice in Akita size. The chicken, egg and seasoning were very well balanced and delicious.
I felt 850 yen was a great deal.
(Be careful when chewing because chicken has a bit of a stick.)
It was very nice and cheerful for the mothers to serve us.
The roadside station itself is small and not so new, but it sold a lot of souvenirs and local vegetables!
