Residents of Itabashi Ward, residents of neighboring cities, and those who are working or attending school in Itabashi Ward can register for use and rent it. Personally, in the old days, the library had a quiet and dark image, and I only had one or two hours to study, but it was a library that completely overturned that image. If I had this library when I was little, I wondered if my life changed a little because I loved books and became interested in various countries, languages ​​and cultures. The library and the space for reading books are fashionable spaces like a new hotel library or cafe, and there are many types of books. The round glass space in the middle allows small children to read books by taking off their shoes. In the corner of the Bologna Picture Book Building in the library, overseas picture books are displayed side by side in Japanese and overseas versions, and there are also large globes that are divided by country, so where is this country? This language is interesting and easy to get interested in, and not only children but also adults are interested and enjoyable to read it. There are many picture books that can be enjoyed by babies, and there is a restroom for children (only for women). Children can enjoy it for about 2 hours without getting tired, and when they get tired, they can play in the park in front of them. I wondered on what criteria the picture books representing each country were selected here, and I wondered if it would be nice for the picture book authors to be placed in the library of one country as a representative of their own country. There was a nursing space and a diaper changing space at the baby station. There was also an elevator and there was no step from the entrance, so I thought that I could use it with confidence even in a stroller or wheelchair.
