★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. The staff are rude and even tell lies. They told me they were too busy to see me, but when my Japanese friend called 5 minutes later to book an appointment, they gave her one for the same time and day. I arrived at the store and there were no costumers at all. Liars. Racists. Xenophobes. They also sold me an apartment that had sewage problems and they tried to cover it up by saying the smell would go away after I moved in. It didn’t, and I went to the hospital 4 times for throat infections. I had to move to a new place after 8 months. Able was not helpful at all. I had a better experience at Kyoto Life across the street.
