何かあると仲介を降りると脅しのように言う。
次は違うところで絶対決める。
他では取られないような費用が取られた。
昔住んでた住所を無理やり契約書に書かされた。
大事な書類にそれでいいのかなって思う。
I氏の対応が悪い。
悪いことをしてるという自覚がIはないらしい。
もっと反省するのかと思ったらなんら悪いことはしてないので公的機関にいけと呆れて言葉も出ないです。
代表は教育をするようお願いします。

ウェブで一斉に問い合わせた中のひとつがクラスモ山科駅前店でした。
山科という地名も知らなかったため、折り返しのご連絡をいただいてから調べると現在地からかなり遠いので、一度お断りさせていただきました。しかし、担当してくださった方からのメッセージがなぜか気になってしまい...、電話くらいならいっか、という感覚で電話を取りました。そしたら、なんと優しい対応でしょう。『この人なら任せてもいいかも...』と思い、やり取りするようになりました。
他のお店では「そんなんムリですよ」と言われるような条件の多さでしたが、「なんでもいいですよ。ご意見聞かせてください」とのことで、かなり多い箇条書きにした条件を試しに送ってみました。そしたら、よくぞ見つけましたね〜という、もうパーフェクトなお部屋を探してきてくださり、ビックリしました‼︎即決でした‼︎‼︎‼︎
最初は、LINEでやり取りなんて嫌だ...。今いる家から遠いお店なんて嫌だ...など、毛嫌いしておりましたが、出会えてよかったです‼︎

I didn't even know the name of the place, Yamashina, so when I checked it after receiving a call back, it was quite far from my current location, so I declined it once. I thought, "This person may leave it to me ..." and started to communicate.
At other shops, there were many conditions that people would say, "That's too much," but he said, "Anything is fine. Please let us know your opinion." I sent it as a trial. Then, I was surprised to find the perfect room, saying that I often found it! It was a prompt decision! ︎‼ ︎‼ ︎
At first, I don't like interacting with LINE ... I didn't like a store far from my current house ... I hated it, but I'm glad I met! ︎

要望に応じて必要な情報を速やかに提供して頂いたり、内見に十分な時間を割いていただいたりと、おかげさまでストレスなく契約までこぎつけることができました。
スーモ等の掲載情報からこちらのホームページにたどり着き、サイト上から問い合せを始めました。サイトの使い勝手や掲載物件数は悪くないと思います。
メールでの問い合わせは当初のみで、すぐにLINEでのやり取りに移行しました。これが特に便利で、気になったことを気軽に質問することができた上、レスポンスが非常に早くて助かりました。
契約の申し込み自体もオンラインで済み、便利な時代になったものだと思ったものです。
他社と比較したわけではありませんが、当たりだったなぁと感じています。
余談ですが、内見時、担当の方が見えないところで走って移動していたことにこっそり感動していました…。
