他にも、たまたま行った時に電話に応対している他の奴らの大きな声を聞いたが、この中井も含め、ここの不動産屋は生活保護についての差別視が著しい。
生活保護者に対しての偏見や捉え方は、人それぞれかと思うが、どうしようもなく生活保護受給をせざるを得ない者もいる。
そこがわからないのだろうか？
それともそういう面は全部無視で、生活保護受給者は、差別対象であり、迷惑な客でしかないのだろうか？
とても不愉快極まりなく、エリッツさんに行ったら、大変親切にしてもらったし、物件もたくさん出してくれ、タラタラと鬱陶しいかった京都ライフ山科なんかよりも迅速に対応して貰えたおかげですぐに部屋が決まった。
他の方のクチコミにも、あまり良くないのが書いてあるが、その通りだ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの不動産仲介会社を利用した大学生です。良かった点は2つあります。1つめは、対応の素晴らしさです。私の担当は阪本さんという方でしたが、3月と忙しい時期であるはずなのに受け答えが丁寧で、メール、電話どちらも迅速に動いてくれました。また一緒に内覧に向かう際も新生活が不安な私に周辺の環境（美味しいお店等）に関する情報を笑顔で教えてくれてとても助かりました。２つめは、物件選びについてです。当初、私はかなり厳しめの条件を出してましたが、たくさんの物件の中から一緒に時間をかけて選んでくれ、最終的にはオーナーと直接条件交渉してくれました。その結果、非常に満足のいく物件に決めることができました。これから山科付近で1人暮らしを始める大学生は絶対こちらを利用をおすすめします！

やたらと学生さん学生さんと言い、私達には知ったこっちゃないのに、そちらを優先し、そのせいで、物件を積極的には出さない、探さない、小出しにするといった感じで、とても不親切で失礼感がありました。学生さんのためにとっておきたかったのでしょうね。
一番思ったのは、物件を出して、その物件に対しての悪いところしか説明をしないところに驚きました。
普通、良いところを先に説明し、その次に悪いところを説明するのではないでしょうか？
でもこの女性は、悪いところしか説明をしませんでした。
いかに私達を適当にあしらい、とっとと帰したかったのかと思い、大変気分が悪かったです。
こんな人の案内紹介をしてくれる物件なんて、信用できません。
ここの不動産屋に行こうかと考えてる人がいるのであれば、オススメはしません。
よそに行くのがいいです！
