契約後行き届いてない部分が多々あり都度対応して頂いてます
対応内容については文句はありません。
しかし返信が遅すぎる。初期の時点で穴が開いていた網戸を治すのに２か月かかっても治ってません。どころか催促しないと進捗すら報告できず。未だにお待ちくださいと。網戸治す業者を手配するのに２か月もかかる仲介会社とか初めてです。
時間を気にせずやり取りが出来るようにLineを使ってるのでは？進捗が進んでいるのか進んでいないのか、メールでは仰々しいが気軽に一文送信する。この程度の事も出来ない位人員が少ないならバイトでも雇ってください。

But the reply is too late. It took two months to cure the screen door that had a hole in the early stage, but it did not heal. On the contrary, I can't even report the progress without urging. Please wait still. It is the first time for an intermediary company that takes two months to arrange a screen cure company.
Isn't Line used so that you can communicate without worrying about time? Whether the progress is progressing or not, I am proud to send an email, but feel free to send a sentence. If the number of people is so small that you can't do this much, hire a part-time job.
