★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず初めにスタッフの仕事に対するやる気が感じられない。
ここで物件紹介を受ける前に京都ライフさんの方でも受けたが、そちらは（おそらく）新人ながら非常に親身に対応してくださったし、一緒にいてとても気持ちの良い感じの接客だったが、エリッツの男は最悪。
まず声が小さい、暗い、覇気がない。そこらの高校生のコンビニバイトの方がまだ元気に仕事しているくらい。
物件を見に行っても、ただ鍵を開けるだけでなんの説明もしない。こちらからこの物件の良い所や悪い所を聞いても何も答えない。接客以前に、社会人として問題がある男だった。今思い出してもムカムカシテくる。
条件が良かったから仕方なくここの物件にしたが、同じ物件を扱っていたら絶対に京都ライフさんで契約していた。
契約手続き中も説明が丁寧とは言えないし、無料インターネット完備といっていたのに、いざ入居してみると「まだ工事が終わってないので繋がりません」とか言われた。
挙句の果てに「ネットの業者とそちらで話してください」とか言われてほとほと呆れた。そういう仲介をするのがあんたの仕事だろうが。
本当に最悪、潰れて欲しい。

Before receiving the property introduction here, Mr. Kyoto Life also received it, but although it was (probably) a newcomer, he was very friendly and it was a very pleasant customer service to be with. The Elitz man is the worst.
First of all, the voice is quiet, dark, and lacking in courage. Convenience stores of high school students are still working well.
When I go to see the property, I just unlock it and don't explain anything. When I ask about the good and bad points of this property, I don't answer anything. Before serving customers, he was a man who had problems as a member of society. Even if I remember now
I had no choice but to choose the property here because the conditions were good, but if I was dealing with the same property, I would definitely have a contract with Kyoto Life.
Even during the contract procedure, the explanation was not polite, and even though it was said that the free internet was available, when I moved in, I was told, "I can't connect because the construction hasn't been completed yet."
At the end of the story, I was surprised when I was told, "Please talk to an internet vendor there." It would be your job to act as such an intermediary.
Really the worst, I want you to be crushed.
