★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スープは深みのあるとろっとしている。麺は艷やかでコシがあり、スープとよく絡むので、美味しいスープを楽しむことができる。チャーシューは薄くレアな感じ。
柚子胡椒は香りが良くおすすめ。辛味は程々なので小さじ半分くらいならどなたでも足せると思う。魚介におすすめのようですが、チャーシューにも合いました。
店員も感じよくテキパキしていて意外と提供が早かったです。
日曜日11時半訪問でぎりぎり座ることができました。

 The soup is deep and thick. The noodles are mellow and chewy, and they are often entwined with the soup, so you can enjoy delicious soup. The char siu is thin and rare.
Yuzu kosho has a good scent and is recommended. The spiciness is moderate, so I think anyone can add about half a teaspoon. It seems to be recommended for seafood, but it also goes well with char siu.
The clerk was also pleasantly cheerful and the offer was unexpectedly quick.
I was able to sit at the last minute on my visit at 11:30 on Sunday.
