もっと安いラーメンはあるが、あからさまにチープ。高くて美味しいラーメンはあるが、千円を超える。
丸極は、こーゆーので良いんだよと、こーゆーのが食べたかったと思わせてくれる安心できる中華そば。
麺はもっちり太麺で食べごたえは十分。このスープには、中太ちぢれ麺が似合う気もするけれど、それは好みの問題。
おすすめの食べ方に従って、胡椒、フライドオニオン、ラー油と足して行く。ラー油を足すと説明通り台湾ラーメンになる。そのまま、コショウ、フライドオニオン、ラー油、一番気に入ったところで止めたら良い。それぞれに美味しいのは、基盤となるスープのバランスが良い証拠。
750円で2玉具2倍、これは二郎系を食べ慣れていても満足の量。
さすが、極系列。
好みの分かれるクセの強いものでは無く、安心して食べられる古き良き中華そばです。
営業時間が少しわかりづらいので確認してからが良いです。

The noodles are thick noodles and the food is enough. I think this soup looks good with Chuta Chure-noodles, but that's a matter of taste.
Add pepper, fried onion, and chili oil according to the recommended way of eating. If you add the ramen, it becomes Taiwanese ramen as explained. As it is, pepper, fried onion, chili oil, stop where you like most. Delicious for each is evidence that the underlying soup is well balanced.
For 750 yen, 2 balls 2 times, this is a satisfactory amount even if you are used to eating Jiro.
As expected, a polar series.
It is a good old Chinese soba that you can eat without worrying about the habit of dividing your taste.
Business hours are a bit difficult to understand, so it's a good idea to check them.
