カエシの強いスープに極太麺の食感が良く合います。ネギも太めザク切りで風味が強く良かったです。
スープは京都の新福菜館と似た感じでした。
また訪問したいです。

中華そばと塩ラーメンがありますが、中華そばが人気の様です。
太麺な為、少々提供時間が掛かります。
スープが濃い味なので、主に男性客が好む味かな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検査のため朝食抜きの日、検査終了後速攻こちらへ来ました。平日朝9時40分頃ですが、数名お客さんがいらっしゃり、後からも何名か来られてました。塩そばと迷いましたが、かなり久しぶりなので、デフォルトをと思い中華そば並をオーダーです。
高井田ラーメンの醤油の濃さの中に甘じょっぱさと酸味を感じながら、スープを飲み、太麺をズルズルとすすると旨い。これまた太めにカットされたネギがいい感じで、朝から食べても、もたれません。
あー美味しかったです。

醤油系中華そばで少ししょっぱめ。
太麺にぶっとく切ったネギがよく合います。
一緒におにぎりを注文して一緒に食べるのが好きです。
隣にコインパーキングがありますので路駐はだめです。緑の服の人がウロウロしてます。
駐禁15000円ですから高いラーメンにならないように注意。

前はこの店の近くに住んでいたので、めちゃめちゃ行きました。
今は堺東に住んでいるので、なかなか行けないけどたまに食べたくなります。
