★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親の実家近くで作られている酒で、成人してから割とはやくに飲む機会があった。これを飲んでいたせいで、チェーン店混ぜ物がされた酒が飲めずに苦労したものだ（笑）。
気に入った人は是非酒粕を買いに行ってほしい。つまみながら飲むとうまいんだ・・今日はまだ休みなんですね。早く平常運転になるといいな。
 It was a liquor made near my parents' home, and I had the opportunity to drink it quickly after I became an adult. Because I was drinking this, I had a hard time not being able to drink sake mixed in chain stores (laughs).
If you like it, please go buy sake lees. It's good to drink while pinching... I'm still off today. I hope it will be in normal operation soon.

宮城県塩竈市の蔵です。
「阿部勘 純米吟醸 生酒 かすみ。」この時期しか飲めないお酒です。
生酒特有の発泡性はありますが、いわゆる「おりがらみ」と比較しますと、微かに発泡性があるという表現に近いと思います。
特徴としては「甘辛い」中でも、辛さにインパクトを感じます。
フレッシュで、キリッとした飲み口に感じました。港町の蔵だからかもしれませんが、お刺身やお寿司の食中酒として、相性が良いと感じます。
宮城県の他の蔵でいうと、「乾坤一純米酒うすにごり（生酒)」に似た味わいです。
とても、上品で大切に作られたお酒かと思います。
辛口の好きな方には、是非おすすめのお酒です♪

Although there is the fizziness peculiar to unrefined sake, I think that it is close to the expression that there is a slight fizziness when compared with so-called "origami".
As a feature, even though it is "sweet", it has an impact on spiciness.
It felt fresh and crisp. It may be because it's a warehouse in a port town, but it's a good match for sashimi and sushi while eating.
In other breweries in Miyagi Prefecture, it has a taste similar to "Koukunichi Junmai Sake Light Nigori (Nakashu)".
I think it is very elegant and carefully made sake.
For those who like dry, it is definitely recommended ♪

何故か東北であんまり飲めないのが不思議(^^;;
