村	村上真晴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 森乃菊川純米酒を購入し冷やして飲んでみました。結構な辛さ具合（私の感想）にほどよい酸味で、後味すっきり。なかなか良いお酒です。しかも、安価。嬉しいです。 I bought Morino Kikukawa Junmai Sake, chilled it and drank it. It has a moderately sour taste (my impression) and a refreshing aftertaste. It's a very good sake. Moreover, it is cheap. I'm happy.
山	山田文雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台市の街中にある森民酒造本家さまへいってまいりました。市内中心部で酒を作っているのは、この森民酒造さんのみ。 (勝山酒造さまは、仙台市泉区に蔵を移転) 月曜日～金曜日の営業の為やっと訪問出来ました。お酒を仕込んでいる最中で蔵の見学不可との事でした。いまは、酒米「山田錦｣を使った仕込み中とのこと。代わりに出来上がったばかりの宮城県内産の酒米「美山錦｣の純米吟醸酒を購入させて頂きました。また、すぐ近くにある及川酒店さまには及川酒店さまと森民酒造さまがコラボした特別包装のお酒も置いてあるとのこと。美山錦のお酒を飲み終わり次第、そちらを買いに行きたいと思います。 ※お酒の購入時に、美山錦の酒粕を頂きました。少し重たいのですが (約１キロほど) 甘酒などに使えるので有り難く使わせて頂きます。ブランド名の「森乃菊川｣は蔵元の「森｣さま「の(乃)｣二文字と近くのお寺に咲いていた「菊｣が美しくそこから一文字、そして、すぐ近くを流れる広瀬「川｣から一文字をもらったと話して頂きました。仙台市に住む私は親近感が増した気がしました。 In the city of Sendai For Morita Sake Brewery I've been here.
