★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are not after a specialty type of sneaker (off whites etc) or limited edition, this place should have you covered - basically stocks all mainstream sneakers at reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will tell you as an American I would hope all stores are as awesome as this one. I spoke to a very helpful manager that ordered the Converse All Star lite White Wide Strips for me and they looked awesome ? only problem they were a smidge too small. Two weeks later I am at Sunshine city trying to return them at an ABC Mart location and at first they say No. But I called the Harajuku store that morning so I know they will take the return. Long story short the manager emerges 5 minutes later with my cash and an apology. My experience ended up being a great one. I hope to go there again if they get 31CM shoes. マネージャーさんありがとう!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from a season traveller to Japan for nearly 5 years, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ENCOUNTERED! Please, ever since they upgraded their shop they seem to have upgraded their ego as well! I would give a negative score if I could! Even though I bought 3 pairs of Nike shoes hoping for at least a decent service but it was paired with black and sulking faces!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying different shoes on for myself for size 10 and didn’t like anything. Sent my friend a picture of some shoes she wanted and had asked for a size 8.5 women. Gave me the shoe and observed for no creased and handed it back. Paid and right before I was walking out I notice they were the wrong size and immediately returned them. The cashier should’ve confirmed the size before we had this mishap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at ABC MART while shopping for fashion sneakers. The store was alright but it didn't seem to have as good selections compared to other stores we visited in the area. There are lots of popular brands though I found some of the options to be rather conservative.
