K	Kevin Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice spacious store with 4 floors. The 4th floor had good and a customization station as well as a cafe. I found the prices to be so expensive for basic colorways. I find Amazon or Footlocker back home in the states would be way way cheaper.

C	Chris Sekira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cool store, made of 4+ floors. Ground floor is newest arrivals, women's shoes on 2, men's on 3, customization and more on 4. As an American, I was worried that they wouldn't have shoes in my size, but they go up to size 12 US. They have a 3D foot scanner that they used on my feet and then quickly brought out some selections (they have a substantial amount) in my size. You get your own personal staff member who will quickly bring bigger/smaller shoes if need be. Everyone was nice and prices were decent, although you may get a better sale price (for the USA) at the online store. They participate in the Japan Tax Free promo (for purchases over 5000 JPY) however it's worth noting that 1.1% of your discount is kept as a service fee IF you choose the Tax Free option (foreign passport required).
w	weclim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff at 4th floor Cafe. Bought a cafe sporty latte (550¥) and raspberry lemonade (500¥). Was not too happy when I asked for WiFi password (newbalance1906) probably because I missed the small sign with the ssid/password.

They told me I would get a discount if i signed up online... so I did and turns out after wasting 20min, the discount doesn't even exist anymore. Why would you tell someone there's a discount available if it doesn't exist? Why do the staff not have this information? I don't want your apology, I want ACTIONS. An apology doesn't make up for my wasted time. Will never shop here again.
