She approached me to ask me whether I needed any help and I told her I wanted to get 2 tees with 1 of them being a Pokemon collab. She told me to wait while she went to check for new stock. She came back & apologised saying the tokyo tee does not have any new ones but I told her I will still take them and asked for the special design sakura patches as well. She confirmed my order with me one more time & auto asked me for my passport to get the tax exemption. She then asked me whether I was getting them as souvenirs and I said yes. After paying and getting the details all done, I had expected her to hand over my bag over the counter. Instead she actually escorted me to the main door with my shopping bag and we chit chatted on the reason for I learning Japanese. She then proceeded to send me off and I thanked her as well for her service. This is honestly THE definition of classy Japanese service & if Adidas Japan is reading this, please convert this female trainee (wearing a purple tee with a ponytail) into perm staff ASAP! You will not regret hiring her! 4th Feb: Great store with a better selection. Will be going back there to pick up my shoe

Highly recommended for any Adidas fans to visit this newly opened store. I was just lucky to visit on the Grand Opening day

Trails & hiking shoes, accessories are available with wide range of variety. Environmental pollution facts are written on the walls of the streets which are really interesting. Staff is helpful!
