★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good Service. Lots of running shoes. Not a lot of shoes for indoor sports, did find a pair anyway. Also a pair of "Tokyo 2020" limited Japan Edition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Not pushy at all and happy to inform us about all the types of shoes and their uses. They have facilities in the store to help measure your foot, standing posture, and running gait while on a treadmill to help inform you if what type of shoe is best. We were helped by Narita-san who also speaks English and she's great! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store! They have running and style shoes as well as clothing vs. the Ginza store which is just running and clothing. This is the largest selection of Asics Tiger I've ever seen. Be aware they don't carry any shoes in size 29.5cm (12) - above a certain range they only make sizes on the full centimeter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ASICS flagship store in Tokyo and shows a wide variety of their products. Both garment and shoes. We had a very good customer experience there as staff is super friendly, helpful and competent. For those that need special assistance an shoe measurement, they have great tools there to find the right shoe for your foot.
