The material and the technology that makes use of it, the heart of hospitality. The ingredients are the best, they don't do anything extraordinarily and they are casual. I'm always impressed by how many times I come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪問難易度の高い日本料理店ですが、辛うじて一般人にも予約が開放されてます（もちろん、誰でも予約が取れるという意味ではありません）
ご主人は意外にもまだ若く、その分いくらか現代的なアレンジの入った料理が出てきます。
店の場所も雰囲気もとても落ち着いていて、とてもリラックスして食事を楽しむことができます。次に行けるのはいつになるかわかりませんが、また機会があれば是非伺いたいものですね。
Although it is a Japanese restaurant that is difficult to visit, it is barely open to the general public (of course, this does not mean that anyone can make a reservation).
The owner is surprisingly young, and the food comes out with a somewhat modern twist.
The place and atmosphere are very calm and you can relax and enjoy your meal. I don't know when I'll be able to go next time, but I would love to ask if I have another opportunity.
